Reasonably clean hotel, the staff was service-oriented.

I loved the room with excellent amenities, the bed was nice. Having a shower and a separate toilet was a bonus.

The whole place was immaculately clean and the staff were really helpful. Had a modern and luxury room with a complementary mobile device and very good kingsize bed and a big beautiful bathroom, and I couldn't ask for more. A fridge and glassware were available. Stayed here for resting, no complains at all.

This hotel was wonderful and reasonably clean, cool for resting. The staff were best, the room was huge with separate toilet as well as excellent amenities. I was there for 4 nights and would stay here again.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a historic marketplace was comfortable. The staff were service-minded, professional.

All the stuff was outstandingly helpful, fixed my issues. The location was comfortable and excellant because it was really close to buses straight to Gion or train stations to other parts of Kyoto, and shops, restaurant and all the attraction places can be able to walk to. I was surprised at nearby Kameya Yoshinaga Honten, they had some goodies, drinks.

Wow, what an amazing hotel experience! The lobby was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the complimentary sweets and tea during check-in, it made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I also loved the location, it was very convenient to access public transportation and there were plenty of shops and markets within walking distance.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the breakfast could have been better or offered alternate options for guests staying multiple nights. But honestly, that's a minor issue compared to all the positives of this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days in this hotel, nothing to complain about. Quaint place overall, it is perfectly clean, location is comfy and magnificent in a quiet part of the city. The staff are service-oriented, they create quiet atmosphere...

The hotel is immaculately clean, with helpful personal, and offers great and comfy location just off major shopping and train stations, Kyoto Station and restaurants available.

The hotel's location is very convenient as there are nearby bus stops that make getting around so much easier. The room is spacious and comfortable with a great view of the city. The bathroom is well designed with all the amenities you need. The breakfast is delicious and provides a great start to your day. Plus, the staff is always helpful and welcoming.

There is one thing that detracts from the overall experience. The lighting in the room is a bit confusing, and I had difficulty figuring out how to turn off all the lights from the bed.

Perfect location, 5-star quality, huge modern rooms, amazing English-speaking staff, helpful and devoted service.
